At The Sui Studio, a leading artisanal jewelry brand in Girona, **we are opening a new store in Barcelona!** We are seeking **a candidate with experience** in retail sales and customer service to join our team as a senior sales assistant. We especially value individuals with professional maturity, autonomy, commitment to staying long-term, and enthusiasm for growth within a stable and creative project. If you enjoy interacting with the public, have shop experience, and wish to be part of an expanding artisanal brand, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Providing personalized customer service and consultation. * Managing sales and cash handling. * Arranging, caring for, and maintaining jewelry pieces on display. * Keeping the workplace tidy, welcoming, and aligned with the brand’s image. **What We Offer** * An indefinite contract for **40 weekly hours.** * Two days off per week. * Initial training and ongoing support. * A close-knit, creative, and professional work environment. * A genuine opportunity to secure a stable, long-term position within the project. * Working with artisanal jewelry made from silver and other materials. **Requirements** * Prior experience in retail sales and customer service (mandatory). * Availability to work weekdays and weekends. * Native Catalan speaker. * Good command of English. * Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. * Strong communication skills and excellent customer orientation. * Ability to work autonomously, take responsibility, and commit long-term.
