This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Traffic Agent** at our workplace in **Valencia**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Handling and managing reservations received via email and telephone. * Coordinating loading and unloading of orders. * Daily review of invoiced reservations to ensure correct data entry into the system and prevent billing issues. * Planning and managing team rotations to optimize loading operations. * Performing administrative tasks related to invoices, delivery notes, and customers. * Resolving incidents during transportation while maintaining smooth communication with customers and suppliers. * Tracking and ensuring traceability across the entire transport chain, guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 14:00** and from **16:00 to 18:00**. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
