**COMMERCIAL AGENT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT** **MADRID** **Job Mission** We are seeking a senior commercial profile to drive business development in the Madrid Autonomous Community within the HoReCa channel (high-end hospitality, hotels, catering, and restaurant chains), with a focus on marketing meat products. The primary objective is to acquire new customers and open new markets, building a solid client portfolio from scratch. This role is not focused on managing existing accounts, but rather on generating new commercial opportunities. **Responsibilities** ● Identify and acquire new clients in the HoReCa channel ● Introduce and position meat products in restaurants, hotels, and other relevant operators ● Conduct commercial presentations and advise clients according to their needs ● Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales ● Develop long-term relationships enabling recurring business ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery **Economic Conditions** ● Annual gross base salary of €39,000 + variable component (the variable component has a maximum of €3,000 gross per month). **Required Profile** ● Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the food industry, ideally in meat products or fresh produce ● Knowledge of the HoReCa channel in Madrid and, preferably, an active network of contacts ● Experience in acquiring new clients and business development ● Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills ● Self-motivated, results-oriented profile accustomed to working with targets ● Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Commerce, or related field is desirable ● Exclusivity in marketing products of the same category **What We Offer** ● Employment contract (permanent, full-time) ● Initial product training and ongoing support ● Marketing and positioning support ● Flexible work environment with autonomy to manage your activities Salary: €39,000.00 per year Experience: * Food product sales: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: Hybrid remote work in Madrid, Madrid province (Madrid)
