### **Responsibilities**
As 2nd Event Manager, you will organize and coordinate hotel events, including budgeting, billing, and management of service orders. You will be responsible for the guest experience—from event planning through managing client needs during meetings to post-event follow-up. What will you do? Manage reservations and events confirmed by the Global Sales Office. Respond to all requests in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Prepare budgets for hosting events at the hotel. Receive client requests via site visits, agencies, or submissions from the Groups Department or MH E\& A Account Executives. Negotiate with clients on budgets related to event organization, hotel services, etc. Organize business visits / on-site visits to current and prospective hotel clients to establish regular contact and present various services. Organize events and special functions requested by clients, coordinating across relevant hotel departments (e.g., training courses, presentations, press conferences, interviews, etc.). Supervise event venues and installed facilities. Monitor invoices related to events hosted at the hotel. Resolve guest revenue incidents by contacting guests and the company’s Administration Department. Introduce potential clients to the Hotel Director / Commercial Director. Where applicable, this role also includes active management and training of assigned Meetings & Events team members.
### **Requirements**
Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in Hotel Front Office and/or Sales/GEM departments, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. Fluency in the local language and advanced English proficiency are mandatory. Practical knowledge of various software applications (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.) and Front Office systems. SAP knowledge is desirable. Understanding of revenue management principles and commercial policies. Commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills. Customer service orientation. Sales skills and techniques. Strong management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
