Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee service operations within a pharmaceutical industry setting, coordinating human resources and ensuring compliance with SLAs, as well as managing new installations and maintenance. Leadership in resource optimization and continuous improvement. **Description:** ---------------- We require a Facility Manager based in Bilbao. You will be responsible for functions related to service operations within the pharmaceutical sector, managing dedicated human resources and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs) with the client. Additionally, you will coordinate new installation projects and procurement of all products and services required for proper operation, preservation, and maintenance of facilities and engineering infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily client management, anticipating their needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct responsibility for the contract’s profit-and-loss account and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract. Optimize resources and identify synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation for services, especially regarding occupational health and safety. * Prepare periodic reports. * Ensure SLA compliance. * Perform monthly billing and budget compliance analysis, covering both operational and extraordinary activities. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Manage documentation of information generated at the site. * Prepare the annual audit plan for facilities and all physical locations within the building. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs of each department or user group. * Monitor construction works carried out in the building. * Daily management of cleaning, industrial cleaning (GMP), maintenance, landscaping, and logistics services. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or related field is highly valued. * Vocational qualification (medium-level technical diploma), second-degree specialist technician certification, and/or extensive experience in this role. * A Master’s degree in Facility Management is advantageous. * Familiarity with procedures of the Integrated Management System applicable to the role. * Knowledge of GMP regulations (highly desirable). * Fluent English is mandatory. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
