Job Summary: The Relegalization Support Technician will support the Customer Relations / Master Data team in the customer relegalization process, ensuring correct collection and loading of evidence into SAP. The **Relegalization Support Technician** will support the Customer Relations / Master Data team in the customer relegalization process, ensuring correct collection and loading of evidence into SAP to meet the 2026 project deadlines. **Key responsibilities for this role include:** * Search for, collect, and attach evidence/documentation in SAP (XD01 / XD02 / XD03\). * Ensure proper organization and loading of documentation into the system. * Provide support in basic record validation under supervision. * Open and manage incidents when documentation is missing or discrepancies exist. * Coordinate with internal teams (Master Data, Customer Support, Quality) for case resolution. **Requirements:** * Experience with SAP (experience managing customer master data is desirable). * Attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of records. * Ability to follow structured, compliance-oriented processes. * Knowledge of GxP processes is desirable. * Teamwork and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders.
