If this aligns with your approach, we would be delighted to meet you. **What are we looking for?** We seek to add a First Multiskilled Technician to our team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, minor masonry repairs, and painting within facilities. **What will you do on a daily basis?** Preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), etc., at the client’s facility. **You are the ideal candidate if you bring…** * Experience in comprehensive building maintenance as a multiskilled technician (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, painting) * Prior experience as a First Electrician is mandatory. * Own vehicle required due to the location of the workplace. * Ability to work rotating shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Friday; night shift runs from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday to Thursday.
