




Job Summary: We are seeking a draftsman to create, manage, and update technical drawings, with administrative support duties and data verification for our real estate tool. Key Highlights: 1. The primary responsibility will be creating and managing drawings—from basic layouts for site implementation to specific construction details. Additionally, the candidate will update existing drawings by performing necessary measurements to continuously improve our locations. This position also includes general administrative support tasks for the department and document management. A significant part of the role involves verifying data to ensure accuracy of technical information integrated into our real estate tool. Prior experience is valued, but greater emphasis will be placed on technical skills and tool proficiency. The ideal candidate will be organized, highly detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment. Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday with full-time schedule are offered. This opportunity allows comprehensive understanding of all operational processes within an expanding company, including participation in growth and maintenance projects. Vocational Training Cycle II (FPII) or Higher Vocational Degree in Drafting, Building and Urban Planning, or equivalent. Fluent AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office tools. 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but technical skills and tool proficiency will be prioritized.
