Permanent full-time position We seek a candidate with at least four years of experience managing the execution of renovation and luxury housing projects. The primary responsibility will be supervising adherence to deadlines and quality standards for installations and finishes, working closely with management. Responsibilities include coordination and supervision of objectives, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. The role involves construction planning, financial closeouts, quantity surveying, procurement management, and coordination of material deliveries. A technical background in architecture or engineering is required, along with prior experience managing renovation or residential construction projects from inception to completion. Proficiency with software tools such as Presto and AutoCAD, as well as experience in comprehensive rehabilitation or budget preparation, is highly valued. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, initiative, and team management capability are essential. This is a permanent full-time position.
