This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning to drive the development of high\-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile software development, proven experience managing engineering teams, and a passion for building scalable, user\-focused products. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS and Android engineers. Define and execute the mobile engineering roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile applications. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical priorities. Drive continuous improvement in application performance, security, and reliability. Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and recruitment activities. Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring successful project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7\+ years of professional software engineering experience. 3\+ years of engineering management or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of iOS and Android development ecosystems. Experience with mobile application architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast\-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross\-functional engineering teams. Knowledge of cloud platforms and backend service integration.
