(TRENASA), a subsidiary of CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles), an international leader in the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and supply of equipment and components for railway systems, is incorporating a professional at its **Castejón** facility in Navarra for the position of: **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER, Ref.: 25104** Reporting to the Plant’s Human Resources Management, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment and operations across the company’s various projects, by implementing policies, ensuring procedures, and managing appropriate training and information. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with established Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental policies, planning preventive activities and proposing measures for risk control and reduction, based on applicable local and national regulations and standards. * Coordinate, develop, and supervise on-site preventive activities together with the Prevention Service (SPA), including risk assessments, scheduling safety training for personnel, coordinating and managing business activities, as well as other necessary actions. * Collaborate with various departments and professionals to integrate and implement preventive and corrective measures—from the design stage through to project completion—as well as to conduct safety visits and inspections across different facilities and operational areas. * Investigate occupational health and safety accidents and incidents, identify underlying causes, and propose corrective measures to prevent recurrence. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workplace safety—such as inspection reports, training records, incident reports, etc.—as well as environmental management documentation—including records of generated waste, carbon footprint reports, etc. * Support and facilitate compliance with requirements for maintaining and renewing ISO certifications in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline. Advanced Technical Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties, along with knowledge of environmental management. Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 is valued. Minimum two years’ experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician or Manager in industrial environments.
