Proficiency in project planning and management **Job Description** At A\-CERO 0 DECORACIÓN Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.L., we are looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include construction project management, coordination with suppliers and work teams, quality control of construction processes, and supervision of schedule and budget compliance. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our headquarters in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as at various job sites for each project. **Requirements** * Proficiency in planning and managing construction projects. * Advanced knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards. * Ability to perform measurements, cost estimates, and construction cost control. * Competence in using industry-specific software tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, or similar. * Teamwork skills, results orientation, proactivity, and strong leadership abilities will be highly valued. * Prior verifiable experience in civil engineering or building construction project management is desirable.
