We are seeking a Junior Dynamics 365 Helpdesk professional WITH \+2 years of experience in this role. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Requirements gathering and analysis. 2\. Collecting and documenting business needs (Edison): \- Analyzing short-term improvements and participating in the analysis of new demands. \- Providing system support and configuration. 3\. Configure and customize ERP Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations: \- Managing and optimizing enterprise SaaS and proprietary applications. \- Executing SQL queries and adjustments for support and maintenance. \- Managing demand and improvements. 4\. Collaborate in managing internal demand: \- Participating in strategic releases and enhancements to current systems. \- Providing user support. 5\. Assist users in using and optimizing tools: \- Resolving incidents and queries related to internal applications. \- Analytical skills (desirable). 6\. Experience with tools such as Power BI; collaborate on analysis and report generation.
