Resolve a broad range of issues related to: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Windows 10/11 Identity and access management. Printing and patch deployment (desktop/server). Application classification and routing. Assist in prioritizing and distributing incoming tickets. Serve as the point of contact for complex issues or user escalations. Support onboarding of new team members and promote knowledge sharing. Contribute to improving internal documentation and processes. Foster team engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Requirements** Proven experience in a technical support or IT assistance role. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Spanish (B2 level). Confidence in guiding others and a natural ability to motivate team members. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
