Advisory services on procurement and material selection **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Industrial Engineer for projects in Algete. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: M\-106, 1, 4, 28110 Algete, Madrid **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Project study and analysis to support procurement processes * Requesting and analyzing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers; advising on procurement and on selection and purchase of products, materials, and installations; drafting technical reports for award and contracting. * Planning, scheduling, and execution and financial control * Valuation and certification of subcontractors and suppliers * Measurement and valuation of completed work for certification purposes * Measurement and budgeting of contradictory unit prices arising during construction, including preparation of unit, auxiliary, detailed, and complex prices * Management of required licenses, authorizations, and permits * Organization and safety and health control of company employees, subcontractors, or self-employed workers * Quality Control: Technical assistance in verifying work quality, material quality, and construction execution compliance with the project specifications and applicable regulations * Conservation studies and development of building and installation maintenance plans * Monitoring of administrative procedures for facility legalization and coordination with various OCAS **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
