The position aims to maximize brand visibility, presence, and sales performance in the convenience channel across the Bilbao and Bizkaia regions. The candidate will conduct regular visits to retail outlets to implement commercial strategies, acting as the direct liaison between the company and store managers. Key responsibilities include implementing planograms and promotional materials at the point of sale, monitoring stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks, managing promotions and pricing, and preparing detailed visit reports. The role also involves negotiating with and strengthening relationships with retail outlets, identifying opportunities to increase brand presence, and managing loyalty programs. The job requires strong organizational skills, travel within the assigned territory, and proficiency in digital tools for communication with the central team. We seek a candidate with analytical ability, results orientation, and commercial acumen to effectively represent the brand’s interests in the field. A minimum of six months of verifiable experience as a retail store manager or merchandiser is required. Prior experience in beverages, food, or the convenience channel will be viewed favorably. Commercial skills, proactivity, and a clear focus on achieving results are essential. Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and communication is required, as is a valid EU driving license (Category B) for travel inherent to the role.
