You maintain oversight, coordinate, motivate, and intervene where needed. From scheduling to quality control, from customer contact to technical support: you make sure everything runs smoothly. Does that sound like your challenge? Read on! **This is your role** In this versatile position, you lead the service team in Ibiza and coordinate all work on our yachts. You have a sharp eye for quality, plan ahead, and seamlessly switch between customer contact, technical work, and administration. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks: ️ You accept work orders for yachts in Ibiza and on the mainland ️ Together with your fellow foremen, you lead a team of Service Engineers and guide them ️ You create daily and weekly schedules in consultation with the Service Manager ️ You monitor task progress and coordinate with local suppliers ️ You conduct quality inspections and preventive checks on our yachts ️ You handle administrative tasks in our Wajer app, including hours, work lists, and reports ️ You coordinate with the Parts Coordinator regarding timely availability of components **Requirements** ------------- **What we offer you** At Wajer, it’s about more than just work. What else you can expect from us: * A competitive salary between €3\.600 and €4\.700 per month * A working days arrangement of 218 days per year * Paid shared accommodation OR a monthly allowance for your own accommodation * Weekday dinners provided when staying in shared accommodation * Your flight(s) to Ibiza (and back) and any other work-related travel expenses on site are reimbursed by us. * A one-year contract with a one-month probationary period, which we are happy to extend thereafter * Unlimited access to the Wajer Academy for your personal and professional growth **This is you** You combine technical knowledge with natural leadership. You inspire, organize, and maintain oversight. You take responsibility, think in solutions, and know how to move a team forward. ✔️ You hold an MBO+ qualification in a technical field ✔️ You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role ✔️ You possess knowledge of yacht technology, materials, and installations (pré) ✔️ You understand what is required to work safely, neatly, and in compliance with regulations ✔️ You speak Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus **How to join us** Upload your CV and motivation letter via our website.
