




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform general administrative support tasks, including telephone reception, correspondence management, and business travel organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. General administrative support in a dynamic environment. 2. End-to-end management of business trips and expense control. 3. Collaboration in preparing commercial proposals. We need a person to perform general administrative support tasks in Boadilla del Monte. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring clear and professional communication with all callers. You will also manage correspondence—both physical and digital—ensuring timely delivery and proper archiving. You will assist company staff by resolving simple queries and routing requests to the appropriate department. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and booking business trips, managing flights, hotels, and other transportation means. You will maintain smooth communication with the travel agency to coordinate all details. Another key part of your role will be controlling and processing expense reports, verifying supporting documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also collaborate in preparing commercial proposals, gathering necessary information and formatting documents for submission. This is a permanent, full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, and Friday, 08:00–13:00, with an intensive summer schedule. The annual gross salary is €22,030. Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio). Minimum of 6 months’ experience in administrative roles. English level B1. Experience in telephone reception and outbound calling. Methodical, agile, and team-oriented individual.
