Plus, we’re known for our \#Nunefest **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Hardware management: Assemble, configure, and repair physical equipment such as computers, servers, and peripherals. * System and network administration: Install and update operating systems. * User support: Resolve queries, assist with IT tool usage, and train employees to improve their productivity. * Ticket management: Register, document, and prioritize all technical incidents using Helpdesk tools. Remote phone-based query resolution and incident handling. **About You…** * Operating Systems: Proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. * Hardware: Ability to assemble systems, diagnose component failures, perform preventive maintenance, and repair devices. * Networks and Connectivity: Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, router and switch configuration, Wi\-Fi networks, VPNs, and firewalls. * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., GLPI, Jira, Zendesk) for incident logging and remote assistance software. * Implementation of security policies, antivirus management, backup procedures, and access control. **Additional Details:** * Join a company experiencing constant growth. * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, health insurance, childcare allowance, and transportation benefits). * English training and IT courses. * This position is on-site in Vigo. **If you believe your profile fits, don’t hesitate to apply!
