We aim to hire an Indirect Procurement and Packaging Technician for our Indirect Procurement and Packaging Department, tasked with ensuring the acquisition and purchasing process of the full range of materials required for the department’s operations—guaranteeing cost-effectiveness and brand value—to meet the company’s strategic and sustainable needs. **What will you do?** * You will conduct supplier research, selection, and negotiation for your assigned suppliers, ensuring products align with the Group’s philosophy and securing the most favorable agreements to supply our stores with the best possible products. * You will implement continuous improvement actions across the overall process: SKUs stock control and internal and cross-functional Retail Operations processes, aiming to minimize costs and improve sustainability and efficiency of current processes. * You will participate in circular economy, waste reduction, and optimization projects within the Ametller Origen Group, collaborating with various business units to minimize the Group’s CO2 footprint. * You will participate in end-to-end packaging, PPE, cleaning supplies, machinery, etc. projects led by your manager—selecting the most suitable materials, configuring structural, sustainability, and logistics design with suppliers, and participating in final closure and validation to ensure timely and correct delivery to internal clients. * You will be responsible for resolving various technical incidents (returns, incomplete deliveries, palletizing, etc.) related to our suppliers to solve problems arising from our supplier relationships. * You will maintain, update, and review the IT system (SAP), registering new references, prices, customer data, etc., to ensure accurate information and alignment between demand and actual store requirements. * You will manage, organize, and verify technical specifications, certifications, and artwork in our internal database to ensure proper document classification and compliance with applicable product and environmental regulations. **What do we expect from you?** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Industrial Technical Engineering. * Demonstrable prior experience in a procurement department. * Participation in packaging design projects or related knowledge will be considered a strong asset. * Advanced Excel skills and SAP knowledge. * Native-level spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to reach our Olèrdola offices. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading sector company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing active expansion. * Become part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday with flexible hours. * Compensation commensurate with experience and access to our social benefits: purchase discounts, private medical insurance, online training, etc. * Workplace located in Olèrdola or Barcelona, with two days of telework per week. *Do you want to join our team?*
