The selected candidate will assist in preparing and managing tax information, including drafting and filing tax returns, as well as maintaining accounting records and performing bank reconciliations. The objective is to ensure the accuracy of all tax-related information. Additionally, administrative support will be provided to tax departments, assisting in document management and task coordination. It is essential that the candidate be proactive, follow instructions, and demonstrate interest in growing within the administrative and tax fields. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, is highly valued. The position is temporary and part-time. A vocational training qualification at the Intermediate Level (Grado Medio) and at least one year of prior experience are preferred. Adaptability and rapid learning capability will be key. Initiative and a positive attitude toward problem-solving and contributing to the smooth operation of the department are expected. Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate, one year of experience in a similar role, knowledge of accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), internet and Outlook usage, and a valid driver's license.
