If you live near our centers and are passionate about delivering outstanding service, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cross-selling of services:** Offer all relevant services to our customers to benefit their pets. * **Follow-up calls:** Conduct follow-ups on delivered services to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Customer service:** Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. * **In-person service:** Welcome and assist customers visiting our facilities, ensuring a positive experience. * **Reservation and appointment management:** Organize and coordinate customer bookings for all our services. * **Customer file management:** Keep customer and pet information up to date. * **Contract and documentation management:** Ensure proper handling of customer contracts and documentation. * **Live camera monitoring:** Monitor live cameras to provide customers with visual updates on their pets. * **Billing:** Issue invoices for services rendered. * **Task reporting:** Report progress and status of assigned tasks to the Manager.
