Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team **Company Description** Villa Saluten provides specialized care for seniors, managing over 400 places across our day centers in Madrid city, Leganés, Alcorcón, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, and Valladolid. We conduct therapeutic activities where each individual’s situation is assessed and a personalized, individualized intervention program is adapted. The goal is to improve quality of life by enhancing physical, cognitive, and psychosocial capabilities. Our objective is to support all seniors regardless of their dependency level—mild, moderate, or severe. **Job Description** Villa Saluten, a company with over 10 years of experience in senior care, seeks to hire a nurse for its Day Center located in Móstoles. The main responsibilities include: \- Providing personalized and comprehensive care to users. \- Developing and implementing health education programs and promoting healthy lifestyles for both users and their families. \- Assessing all users according to functional health patterns, formulating nursing diagnoses (NANDA), and carrying out corresponding outcomes (NOC) and interventions (NIC). \- Preparing and administering users’ medications; also maintaining inventory control. \- Conducting monthly checks of expiration dates for all items stored in the medical consultation cabinet and refrigerator. \- Performing initial and semiannual assessments of center users. \- Performing wound dressings, administering injections, etc. \- Managing wound and/or ulcer care arising at the center. \- Signing off administered medications in the designated software system. \- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
