Capable of resolving conflicts. - Professional experience in the sector. - Knowledge of languages (spoken Catalan and English). - Familiarity with hygiene, health, and safety procedures in the kitchen. - Meticulous regarding personal hygiene and appearance. - Organized and well-structured. - Able to manage stress and work in an organized, calm manner under pressure (during services or rushes). Publication Date: 26/09/2025 Requirements Qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism or demonstrable experience Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience - Language knowledge - Positive, friendly attitude and good presence. - In-person customer service and attention. Occasionally telephone service (recording reservations in the agenda and informing customers) and managing guest check-in/check-out. - Setting up tables, assembling, maintaining, and dismantling the guest breakfast buffet (Breakfast Protocol for Hospitality). - Preparing service: setting up and clearing midday service tables. Maintaining premises. - Food handling and storage, plus supporting tasks at the kitchen sink. - Bar service: customer attention, supporting the bar sink area, and serving soft drinks and/or cafeteria items. Maintaining fully stocked refrigerators and managing beverage and liquor inventory (preparing orders). - Managing accounts and processing payments by card and cash. - Maintaining and cleaning public restrooms, the dining room, and the bar. Requirements: - Empathetic and energetic individual. - Capable of learning and motivated to grow professionally and contribute value to the project. - Well-organized, proactive, and capable of self-management. - Able to work effectively in a team.
