Your main responsibilities will be: To plan, organize, and oversee all activities and resources within the Bar Department to optimize internal process management and team performance. To ensure service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. To manage bar department procurement—placing orders, supervising goods receipt, proper storage and preservation, and conducting corresponding inventory checks. To provide customer service during food and beverage operations, and support in service delivery and collection. To supervise and assist in setting up and replenishing all table accessories. To support resource allocation across departmental tasks and ensure operational functionality in each area.
