The purpose of this position is to carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on existing air conditioning, low-voltage electrical, and general installations. What are we looking for in you? * Official qualification as a Refrigeration Technician (Vocational Training Intermediate/Senior Level in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Technician, or equivalent). * Valid RITE license and fluorinated gas handler certification for any charge. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. * Solid knowledge of current regulations (RITE, REBT, etc.). * Proficiency in using measuring equipment and electrical diagnostic tools. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Availability to perform on-call duties or interventions during scheduled shutdowns. Valid driver’s license. * Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on air conditioning systems (VRV, compact units, AHUs, heat recovery units, etc.) and domestic hot water systems (DHW). * Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. * Diagnosing electrical faults, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective solutions. * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities across other trades: plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, civil works, etc. * Supervising and performing general minor repairs on building installations. * Responding initially to corrective maintenance alerts, assessing the nature of the incident, and resolving it directly or escalating it to the specialist technician. * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, manufacturer specifications, and current safety regulations. * Participating in testing, inspections, and commissioning of electrical installations. * Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to coordinate electrical interventions. * Accurately documenting all interventions, inspections, and maintenance tasks. * Supporting technical shutdowns, system expansions, and modifications of installations.
