Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Site Administrator to join an administrative team, managing documentation, cost control, and supporting site management. Key Highlights: 1. A national construction company requires a **SITE ADMINISTRATOR** for its delegation in **PALMA DE MALLORCA**. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training in Administration and Finance * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable. * Proactive, committed, and eager-to-learn individual, etc. **What will you do?** You will join the administrative team and be responsible for: * **Document Management and CAE**: Thorough control of worker, machinery, and subcontractor documentation (Coordination of Business Activities). * **Cost Control**: Management of delivery notes, supplier invoicing, and control of material deliveries on site. * **Supplier and Subcontractor Management**. * **Support to Site Management**: Administrative assistance to the Site Manager in preparing comparisons, purchase orders, and monthly closings. * **Site Treasury**: Control of the site cash box and minor expenses. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary package. * Working hours: 8:30–18:00 (Mon–Thu) and 8:30–15:00 (Fri) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: From €21.000,00 per year Work location: On-site employment
