Join our Commercial Operations team in Spain and play a key role in contract management as a lever for profitable growth—ensuring proper governance, financial control, and alignment with corporate standards. This is a strategic position where your experience will make a difference in decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. **What will you do in this role?** As a **Contract Lifecycle Specialist**, you will sit at the heart of our commercial organization, serving as the end-to-end reference and owner for contracts across their entire lifecycle—from creation through renewal. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, and Corporate Accounts teams to ensure contracts are properly governed, executed accurately, and deliver expected financial outcomes. Beyond operational execution, you will bring analytical insight, structure, and commercial vision—identifying improvement opportunities, preventing value leakage, and strengthening business performance. You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, implementing International CoE standards and delivering actionable insights to enhance future contracts. The role is hybrid and based in the Barcelona area. **What do you need to succeed?** Success in this role requires combining a commercial mindset with an analytical, structured, and proactive approach. * Several years’ experience in a similar contracts or commercial operations role, ideally within healthcare or medical technology * Strong SAP experience, with ability to connect contracts, financial data, and system outputs * Minimum intermediate English proficiency, with capability to work with documentation, reporting, and international stakeholders * Minimum experience in reporting and data analysis, with strong Excel and related tool proficiency * Commercial, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing diverse stakeholders **You.
