Job Summary: Experienced labor consultant required for comprehensive management of the labor department within a tax, labor, and accounting advisory firm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the labor department 2. Preparation and review of payrolls, severance payments, and settlements 3. Operation of A3NOM and management of social security insurance The tax, labor, and accounting advisory firm requires an experienced labor consultant with over two years of experience and proficiency in A3NOM. The role involves comprehensive management of the labor department: preparation and review of payrolls, severance payments, and settlements; drafting of employment contracts, extensions, and notifications to SEPE; handling of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the social security system; calculation and submission of social security contributions (RED/SILTRA systems); management of temporary disability, maternity/paternity, and other related matters; application of collective bargaining agreements and their updates; filing of Forms 111-190 and Form 345; handling of ERTE proceedings, SMAC cases, and Labor Inspection matters.
