**Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Architects – Review of European Aid Files in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support quality management of European Aid files. * Support planning and scheduling of activities. * Support management of administrative procedures required for implementation of the various measures defined in different programs. * Support design and operation of systems for receiving and managing queries related to activity execution. * Support definition of a governance model to ensure coordination among different stakeholders involved in program implementation, as well as definition of standardized procedures. * Support preparation of meetings with various stakeholders involved in implementation. * Support monitoring of planning and proposal of monitoring indicators for various activities. * Support monitoring and updating of indicators associated with various activities. * Support document management and information updating to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project progress reports, indicator analysis, risk management, etc. * Support drafting of documents required for processing and managing these procedures. * Use of necessary software applications to carry out assigned tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Academic Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Foundations, or Master’s Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Master’s Degree in Energy Efficiency in Buildings. * Master’s Degree in Building Rehabilitation and Sustainability. ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 1 year of experience in administrative management of grants. * 1 month to 1 year of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects aimed at improving energy efficiency in buildings. * 1 month to 1 year of experience in preparing Energy Performance Certificates within the last 5 years. * 1 month to 1 year of experience in calculation and design of efficient installations. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Possibility of formalizing a training contract for obtaining professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a previous training contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been formalized for a period exceeding 6 months). **Observations** ----------------- * + A fixed-term contract of approximately 4 months is offered, with possible extension if justified and respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s).
