You’ll help us attract and onboard volunteers who are excited to contribute to a global educational movement. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement creative recruitment strategies that reflect our values. * Connect with potential volunteers through outreach, networking, and digital platforms. * Conduct initial interviews to discover passion, skills, and alignment with our mission. * Guide new volunteers through a welcoming and inspiring onboarding process. * Keep clear records of applications and placements to ensure smooth coordination. * Collaborate with leadership to understand evolving team needs. * Champion our mission by sharing stories that inspire diverse talent to join us.
