You will support the management team in maintaining control of store operations, such as visual merchandising and inventory reduction. Responsibilities: As a Shift Leader at Foot Locker, you will: * Maintain a high-energy atmosphere. * Drive an outstanding Omni customer experience that fosters customer loyalty. * Help train and inspire the team. * Contribute fresh ideas on how to improve customer experience and service. * Contribute to the team’s daily goals. * Stay informed about our product range. * Collaborate with store management to implement visual merchandising guidelines to elevate standards and drive commercial effectiveness. * Restock apparel and accessories throughout the day. * Provide a safe environment for team members and customers. * Support the Store Management Team in managing inventory reduction. * Exceed expectations in handling returns and payment processes. * Assist the Store Management Team as needed. Qualifications: You have: * At least one year of experience in a customer-facing environment. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * The ability to empower the team. * A working knowledge of English and local languages. You are: * Energetic, dynamic, and ready to lead a team. * Willing to lead and take on increased responsibility. * Practical and comfortable assuming accountability. * A team player who can help foster an inclusive environment. * Service- and customer-oriented. * Passionate about fashion and sneakers. * Required to stand for most of your shift, plus kneel, bend, climb stairs, use ladders, reach, pull, and lift weights between 2 and 14 kilograms. * Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Occasionally required to make local travel. * Expected to maintain minimal noise levels in the store.
