The global economic and political environment, Santander Group’s visibility as a market leader, and its own business model expose it to threats that need to be understood and analyzed to protect its interests, especially considering its status as a Systemic Bank. To face these challenges under the best possible conditions, establishing, developing, and maintaining a Global Security Centre focused on addressing threats represents an added value for Santander Group. Therefore, it is necessary to fill a managerial position responsible for leading and overseeing the Global Security Command Centre as a 24/7 hub for security management. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Organize, direct, and manage GSCC services and resources. * Supervise and manage the reception and verification of alarm signals from various security systems. * Identify, analyze, and assess risk situations and threats that may affect people, assets, infrastructure, or group interests. * Develop and update internal policies, guidelines, procedures, and operational protocols. * Monitor, analyze, and respond to any physical threats and emergencies affecting the group. * Collaborate with State Security Forces and Corps in case of incidents. * Work with security centers across countries to standardize procedures, adopt best practices, and implement global tools, ensuring effective communication and coordinated response to global incidents. * Track risks and threats in coordination with other involved units. * Support crisis and special situation management by providing information, assessing impacts, managing mass notifications, and coordinating responses across relevant units. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding private security and data protection. * Support required internal investigations. * Prepare dashboards and reports. * Ensure SLA compliance. * Stay updated on trends, emerging technologies, and applicable security regulations, implementing continuous improvements in systems and processes. * Contribute to technology projects that enhance the evolution and development of GSCC capabilities, as well as maintain current capabilities. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. (Mandatory) * Security Director certification valued.
