We award the "Dona con Confianza" (Donate with Confidence) seal to organizations that voluntarily apply for evaluation and fully comply with all 9 Principles of Transparency and Good Practice. The purpose of the seal is to strengthen donors' confidence in NGOs and ensure the effectiveness of their donations. Accreditation is based on an analysis covering 36 indicators. **What will you do?** * Analyze documentation required for NGO report preparation (e.g., communication materials, minutes, strategic and annual plans, activity reports, annual financial statements, etc.). * Conduct in-depth analysis of NGO financial statements. * Prepare transparency and good practice reports for organizations. * Support NGOs throughout the accreditation process. * Collaborate with other Foundation departments on studies and reports, content related to the Third Sector, project analyses, and new initiatives we launch. **What do we offer?** * Full-time position (38 hours per week) with flexible start and end times. * Continuous working day during summer (35 hours per week). * Possibility of remote work three days per week. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent. * Prior experience of 1–2 years in auditing, financial analysis, or a finance department is valued. * Interest in and experience with the Third Sector—e.g., as a volunteer or through prior professional involvement—is valued. * You will work extensively with data and documentation; proficiency with basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar) is required. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity for learning, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 29/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
