At **Valeo Service España**, we are looking for a **Management Controller Junior** with strong analytical skills, initiative, and a desire to grow within a global team. **Your mission** You will join the Management Control team, collaborating directly with finance leadership and various operational departments to ensure rigorous control and a strategic view of business performance. Your background in auditing will enable you to bring a critical, precise approach focused on continuous improvement. **Your main responsibilities** * Actively participate in the **monthly closing process**, understanding and challenging financial results. * **Analyze monthly results** and explain variances against budget and prior month (P\&L and activity). * **Consolidate financial performance** (weekly reporting) and key business KPIs (external and internal overdues, internal control, etc.). * **Coordinate and follow up on “Back on Track” actions**, ensuring their impact on results. * Contribute to **budgeting and MTP processes** (development of guidelines, standard templates, recharges, etc.). * **Standardize and optimize management control tools**, promoting efficiency and comparability across sites. * Perform **ad\-hoc analyses** supporting strategic decision-making. * **Propose solutions to disputes between plants or divisions** related to transfer pricing or surcharges. * Conduct **on-site management control reviews**, ensuring consistency and compliance with procedures. * Review and pre-validate **IARs**, ensuring adherence to proper workflows. * **Ensure proper implementation of Group standard tools** within the assigned scope. * Promote and comply with the principles of the **Ethics and Compliance Program**, respecting the Code of Ethics and corporate policies. **Profile we are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar. * **2–3 years of experience in auditing** (ideally in Big4 or equivalent consulting firm). * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, or others). * Fluent English (French is a plus). * Proactive attitude, teamwork ability, and results orientation. * Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a multinational environment. **What we offer** * Join a leading **international group** in its sector, offering development opportunities. * Collaborative, innovative, and constantly evolving work environment. * **Training and mentoring program** to support your professional growth. * **Hybrid work model**.
