We are a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of door hardware, committed to quality and innovation. If you are passionate about finance and seek a dynamic work environment, this is your opportunity! **What will you do in this role?** As a CONTROLLER, you will be a key member of the finance department, providing essential support to management. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing and analyzing detailed financial reports. * Generating executive summaries for senior management. * Participating in financial planning and budgeting. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborating with other departments to optimize financial processes. * Analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. * Supporting the preparation of financial closings and audits. * Identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. * Managing financial databases and ensuring their accurate interpretation. * Maintaining smooth and effective communication with the finance leadership. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role as Controller, Financial Analyst, or equivalent. * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Economics, or related field. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools and management software (ERP, Advanced Excel). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. **What do we offer?** * Initial contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) with potential for permanent integration. * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 45-minute lunch break). * Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM\. * Competitive salary: between €24,000 and €26,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. * Opportunity to join an established and growing company in the door hardware sector. * Professional development opportunities. * A collaborative and professional work environment.
