You will play a pivotal role in realizing InterContinental Madrid’s commercial and quality vision. As a Finance Administrator, you will support the Income Audit and Procurement Departments in managing the hotel’s financial operations, maintaining property records, and ensuring a centralized accounting environment. **What Will Some of Your Responsibilities Be?** * Review of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ODS from the Banquets Department * Daily reconciliation of cash and other payment methods handled by hotel cashiers * Execution of controls and audits on the DocMX platform to ensure compliance with CSA (Control Self Assessment) standards and IHG Hotels \& Resorts internal audit procedures * Management of the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) via the VAT system * Support to the Income Auditor during month-end closing * Execution of foreign exchange transactions via Oracle OPERA Cloud * Support to the Procurement Department * Access to the Wellbeing platform, focused on health, lifestyle, and workplace wellness. **Position Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related fields; or a university degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar. * Solid knowledge of general accounting, internal control, taxation, and taxes (especially VAT and SII). * Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with hotel and financial management systems, preferably Opera and BirchStreet. * High-level English; international hotel experience is a strong plus. **What Can You Expect From Us?** * Competitive salary * International discounts at IHG hotels * Training programs and access to IHG University * Meals during working hours * Local business benefits * Access to employee gym * Access to the Wellbeing platform, focused on health, lifestyle, and workplace wellness.
