Job Description We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Administrative Coordinator** to supervise and coordinate the company's administrative activities. The selected candidate will ensure the proper functioning of internal processes, provide support to various departments, and guarantee efficient management of documentation and administrative resources. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the company's daily administrative tasks. * Manage corporate documentation and physical and digital archiving. * Provide administrative support to Management and various departments. * Coordinate supplier management and general services. * Monitor invoices, expenses, and accounting documentation for submission to the finance department. * Manage correspondence, phone calls, and internal and external communications. * Organize meetings, corporate travel, and internal events. * Track contracts, renewals, and legal documentation. * Coordinate administrative processes related to Human Resources (hiring, terminations, leave, and employment documentation). * Prepare administrative reports and follow-up summaries. * Propose improvements to optimize internal and administrative processes. Requirements * Vocational training in Administration and Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent qualification. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or coordination roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Experience with ERP systems or enterprise management software. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Native or bilingual level of Spanish. * Knowledge of English is desirable. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in consulting firms, professional services, or investment companies. * Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing. * Experience coordinating administrative teams. * Familiarity with document management platforms.
