At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a **Controlling Manager** to lead the company's economic and financial control, ensuring proper planning, monitoring, and analysis of results, while actively participating in strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * + Coordinate and oversee the preparation of budgets, acquisitions, investment activities, and financial planning. + Establish and maintain financial controls with the accounting department. + Prepare and present financial reports and risk analyses. + Create budgets and forecasts. + Guide financial decisions by establishing, supervising, and applying policies and procedures. + Provide support to management (Executive Committee), especially on commercial and financial matters. + Create reports that help management understand the company's financial data. + Prepare financial statements. + Prevent and avoid budget deviations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. * Minimum experience: 3 years in similar roles. * Required knowledge: Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools and ERP systems. * Required competencies: Analytical skills, leadership, and strategic vision. * Other requirements: Availability to **reside temporarily in Bilbao during the training period** (costs covered by the company).
