We are looking for a Tech Lead Adobe CDP to join our team focused on designing scalable solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, defining data models, identity strategies, and unified profiles aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Design scalable architectures on Adobe Experience Platform, defining data models and unified profiles. * Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, web, mobile, offline) using connectors, APIs, and batch/streaming processes. * Implement identity resolution strategies and real-time profile creation. * Design and manage advanced segmentation and activate audiences in tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, or Campaign. * Develop data pipelines and event-driven architectures to enable real-time personalization. * Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR) through consent management and governance policies. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with marketing, IT, and data teams. * Monitor and optimize platform and data process performance. * Promote best practices, standardization, and solution reuse across the team. **Requirements** * Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Real\-Time CDP. * Knowledge of multichannel data integration and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem tools. * Experience in data modeling (XDM) and identity management. * Knowledge of real-time data architectures and event processing. * Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and consent management. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, IT, data). **Skills** * Technical proficiency in APIs, SQL, and data structures. * Analytical capability to design advanced segmentation and use cases. * Business orientation and ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals. * Problem-solving and process optimization skills. * Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. * Focus on scalability, performance, and continuous improvement.
