**What You Can Expect** **:** Responsibilities: * Manage transport routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. * Review vehicle and driver scheduling and assignment. * Monitor transport KPIs and make adjustments as needed. * Implement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS) as a specialist. * Properly manage transportation service providers. * Maintain good relationships with carriers and logistics providers. * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety policies. * Maintain accurate records of all transportation and logistics activities. * Manage and resolve incidents related to freight transportation. **What You Bring:** Requirements: * In-depth knowledge of transportation management processes and systems. * Practical experience with transportation management software (TMS). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and team management capability. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
