Job Summary: At Plastimol, we are seeking a Quality Technician to inspect products, identify deviations, and collaborate on continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. At Plastimol, we aim to incorporate a Quality Technician for production quality control into our Quality team at our Molina de Segura facility. As a Quality Technician, your responsibilities will include: * Conducting quality inspections and tests on products and materials, such as physical analysis and on-machine sampling, as well as chemical analysis in the laboratory. * Identifying and reporting any deviations in production processes that may affect quality: non-conforming pallet reviews, pallet blocking... * Identifying and reporting any deviations in production processes that may affect quality. * Documenting and recording test results, ensuring data traceability. * Proposing solutions and corrective actions for identified quality issues. * Collaborating with other departments to implement improvements in quality control systems. **What Are We Looking For?** Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) or university degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Sciences, or related fields. Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in quality roles within industrial companies. Experience in the plastics sector will be valued. High level of commitment and responsibility in assigned tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively coordinate with colleagues from different departments. Attention to detail and ability to identify potential errors or deviations. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and continuously improve. Basic knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies. Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards in the industrial and plastics sectors. **What Do We Offer?** Initial temporary contract, with potential for permanent employment based on performance and company needs. Fixed working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Integration into a collaborative team committed to excellence.
