What Will You Do Daily?
As a Propulsion Systems Integration Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
✈️ Engine–Platform Integration
Ensure technical alignment between engine development and aircraft design.
Be responsible for full integration of the propulsion system into the airborne platform, guaranteeing functional, mechanical, and operational compatibility.
Technical Development Oversight
Monitor turbojet engine technical activities from the aircraft perspective.
Identify integration risks, manage interfaces, and propose technical solutions.
Interface Management
Define, control, and manage engine–platform interfaces (structural, thermal, functional, operational).
Ensure proper requirement traceability across systems.
Testing and Validation
Define and coordinate required tests related to engine integration into the aircraft.
Participate in planning, execution, and analysis of integration test results.
Technical Interface with Partners
Serve as the primary technical liaison with the partner responsible for engine design.
Coordinate technical activities with internal multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
Demanding Environments
Work on projects with tight schedules and high technical requirements, maintaining focus on quality, deadlines, and program objectives.
✅ Profile Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering (highly desirable).
️ Professional Experience
**3–5 years of experience in:**
Integration of propulsion systems in aircraft.
Aerospace programs during design and development phases.
Proven experience in defining and managing engine–aircraft platform interfaces.
✈️ Technical Knowledge
**Solid knowledge of:**
Structural, functional, and operational engine integration into aircraft.
Technical oversight of turbojet engine development from the platform perspective.
**Experience in:**
Defining, planning, and coordinating integration tests.
Requirement management and cross-system traceability.
Familiarity with systems engineering environments and aerospace development processes.
Coordination and Teamwork
**Experience coordinating technically with:**
Internal multidisciplinary teams (platform, structures, testing, systems).
Industrial partners and external suppliers, acting as the technical interface.
Ability to communicate and advocate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Key Competencies
Strong analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems.
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to operate effectively in demanding environments with tight deadlines.
Technical rigor, attention to detail, and holistic system vision.
️ Languages
**Spanish:** Advanced level.
**English:** Technical/professional level (documentation and technical coordination).

Prior participation in end-to-end aerospace programs (from design through validation).
Experience integrating critical systems in regulated environments.
Experience in high-tech or defense projects.
**Remote Work:** 40%, 2 days at home, 3 days in the office.
