**Description:** ---------------- At **I2M**, we continue to grow and are seeking an experienced **Fiber Duct Technician** specialized in the fabrication and installation of fiber ducts for HVAC systems to join our teams in Mallorca. We seek a skilled professional with hands-on experience, capable of working autonomously and committed to quality finishes and adherence to project deadlines. Responsibilities: * Fabrication and installation of fiber ducts for air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Layout, measurement, marking, and cutting of fiber panels. * Production of straight ducts, elbows, branch fittings, reducers, and other custom components. * Assembly, sealing, and finishing of individual duct sections. * On-site installation and support of ductwork. * Connection of ducts to HVAC equipment, grilles, diffusers, and other system components. * Interpretation of basic HVAC drawings and schematics. * Coordination with site supervisors, project managers, and other team professionals. * Compliance with company-established occupational health and safety, security, and quality standards. **Minimum Requirements** * Proven prior experience in the fabrication and installation of fiber ducts for HVAC systems. * Knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques specific to the trade. * Ability to fabricate components and work independently. * Attention to detail and care in finishing work. * Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Residence in Mallorca. **What We Offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary above the industry collective agreement, commensurate with experience and professional autonomy. * Necessary tools and resources for performing the job. * Ongoing training funded by the company. * Real opportunities for job stability, growth, and professional development within the I2M Group.
