At EMB Energy Efficiency (EMB Group, Vitoria\-Gasteiz), we are seeking street sales representatives to present our energy efficiency project (solar panels and aerothermal systems) in towns across Álava. What does the job involve? Visiting private households door-to-door, clearly presenting a project that is installed at no upfront cost to the customer, and collecting contact details of interested individuals so our team can prepare personalized proposals. This is an outdoor role involving direct, face-to-face interaction with people. We offer: Initial and ongoing training fully covered by the company (no technical knowledge required). An easy-to-sell product: real savings for customers with zero initial investment. Permanent contract / full-time position with fixed salary \+ performance-based commissions. Work area in Álava and a positive, supportive team environment. We are looking for individuals who: Have strong communication skills, interpersonal aptitude, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. Are responsible and consistent (attitude is valued more than experience). Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle (preferred) for traveling between towns.
