Joining Septeo means becoming part of an international collective project, driving the group’s transformation within a rapidly evolving environment, and turning AI into a tangible engine for value creation—both today and tomorrow. **Job Description** Ensure smooth implementation of the Ulyses PMS and real adoption of the system by our hotel clients, acting as an expert technical consultant throughout the entire project. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Expert technical consultancy — support hotel clients to ensure smooth implementation and genuine system adoption. * Lead Ulyses PMS implementations — installation, configuration, integration, and training, both remotely and on-site. * Implement Ulyses interfaces — ensure connectivity with third-party systems: channel managers, booking engines, POS systems, and payment gateways... * Configure in compliance with regulations — meet legal and fiscal requirements in Spain and Portugal (e-invoicing, SES/accommodation registration, TA in Portugal, etc.). * Analyze business requirements — understand client operational workflows and tailor the solution accordingly. * Align the multi-user and service model — adapt it to the hotel’s actual operations: front office, revenue management, and management. * Train client staff — convey best practices and functional software usage to maximize system value. * Supervise Go-Live — provide direct support for operational and application-related questions during launch. * Maintain project follow-up — deliver accurate status reports and adopt a proactive attitude to meet milestones and deadlines. * Collaborate internally — share knowledge and provide consultative support to Support, Customer Success, and Product teams. **Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Prior experience implementing hotel PMS (Ulyses or other) or solid knowledge of hotel operations. * Genuine passion for the hospitality sector and clear customer-service orientation. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures. * Strong performance in dynamic environments, managing multiple implementations in parallel. * Ability to rapidly master the full suite of solutions and execute system installations. * Strong sense of ownership and a solution-oriented mindset. * Native or highly proficient Spanish (mandatory). * Willingness and availability to travel across Spain and Portugal as required. * **We especially value** * Portuguese language skills—highly desirable due to our activity in the Portuguese market. * English and/or French—given the international context of the Septeo Group. * Prior experience with Ulyses PMS. * Knowledge of hotel integrations: channel managers, booking engines, POS systems, and payment gateways. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and stable projects within a fast-growing technology company. * A high-impact role—you’ll be Septeo’s visible face to the client and witness the results of every implementation. * Diverse projects across Spain and Portugal, with direct engagement in the hotel industry. * Continuous training on product features, integrations, and sector-specific regulations. * Professional development and internal mobility opportunities within the Septeo Group. * A collaborative team working closely with Support, Customer Success, and Operations. **Additional Information** * Join Septeo’s AI-First journey and discover new ways of working powered by artificial intelligence. * Grow and develop through a personalized training path and internal mobility opportunities. * Experience a human-centered workplace—exchange ideas and share experiences at thematic events such as afterwork gatherings, sports activities, CSR initiatives, seminars, and much more. * Join a team that cares for others and commits to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
