For this reason, we are seeking **A MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CONSULTANT.** ### **POSITION DESCRIPTION \+ RESPONSIBILITIES** Are you motivated by challenges and do you enjoy supporting organizations in the participatory implementation of practical, applicable management systems that align with regulatory requirements—but above all, adapt to their specific reality—empowering them to lead change themselves and generate sustainable improvement and value? We seek an experienced professional capable of leading management systems projects, providing close, participatory support to organizations, implementing solutions aligned with regulations—but especially tailored to their context—to deliver value, efficiency, and sustainable continuous improvement. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY LOOK LIKE?** **Design, plan, implement, and energize management systems:** * You will contribute to designing proposals for implementing and improving management systems (e.g., quality, environment, occupational health and safety, or other standards), applying your technical expertise and contextual understanding of each organization, and assisting in presenting these proposals when required. * You will implement and manage management systems using a practical, participatory approach—aligning regulatory requirements with the company’s actual circumstances—and guiding every decision toward continuous improvement and value creation. * You will plan and organize your work to meet deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with the team when projects are carried out jointly. **Support and consolidation of the system within the organization:** * You will maintain close contact with client companies, actively encouraging their engagement so the system becomes an integral part of their daily management. * You will identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement—acting preventively and proposing adjustments to strengthen the system’s effectiveness. * You will foster ongoing communication to ensure the system remains practically useful, evolves over time, and sustains the organization’s satisfaction. ### **MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification focused on quality, environment, and Occupational Health and Safety. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing the functions described above—specifically implementing Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems—in consulting firms and/or companies. * Applied digital competence: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in spoken and written Basque (Euskera) ### **WHY WORK WITH US?** **What do we offer?** * **Flexibility:** Flexibility is one of WEGO’s defining traits.
