If you enjoy digging into technical challenges, explaining solutions in a clear and practical way, and becoming a true specialist in the software you support, you’ll feel right at home in this role. **Key responsibilities** ======================== * Provide high\-quality technical support for Presto to customers and certified resellers * Analyze, reproduce, and resolve functional and technical incidents, going beyond surface\-level answers * Perform quality control and testing, identifying issues before they reach customers * Deliver training sessions, courses, and webinars, helping users master Presto * Create and maintain clear, high\-value user documentation and technical materials * Work closely with development, product, and commercial teams, acting as the voice of the user **Essential requirements** ========================== * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business Management, or similar * Native or C2\-level Spanish (written and spoken) and English at B2 level or higher * Strong communication skills with a genuine service mindset * Analytical thinking and structured problem\-solving approach * Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross\-functional teams * Motivation to build a long\-term career in a global, market\-leading software company Advantageous * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/support tools * Experience supporting or working with ERP, cost management, or planning software * Understanding of construction processes, project control, or cost estimation Motivated by our values and vision, we drive digital transformation for our customers, for a digital, more efficient, and more sustainable engineering and construction industry. “Building Better Together” is more than just a slogan for us.
