If you have experience and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you! We are seeking a Catering Chef to join one of our residences in Molins de Rei. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Working hours: 34 hours per week. * Schedule: 8:00–15:00 and 18:00–21:00; working 3 days per week. * Duration: Temporary replacement from July to September. * Salary: approx. 1\.373 euros gross per month, paid in 14 installments per year. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
