The selected candidate will be responsible for both the **technical-economic study phase** (project analysis, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost optimization) and the **planning, coordination, and on-site execution supervision phase**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and current technical regulations. **Responsibilities** * Technical analysis of projects and tender documentation. * Preparation of budgets and economic feasibility studies. * Development of technical and economic proposals. * Quantity surveying and optimization of technical solutions. * Planning and monitoring of construction execution. * Cost control, certifications, and variance analysis. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Support in project certifications and financial closure. * Resolution of technical issues arising on site. * Technical and economic negotiation with suppliers. * Technical liaison with clients throughout all project phases. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in study and/or construction management roles. * Experience in the construction or technical installations sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and budgeting software (e.g., Presto or similar). * Prior experience in HVAC and photovoltaic solar energy is desirable.
